Your News: June 29th golf outing to benefit Police Youth Club

There's still time to make your reservations for the annual city of Des Plaines Golf Outing, noon, shotgun start/scramble, Tuesday, June 29, at Old Orchard Country Club, 700 W. Rand Road, Mount Prospect.

Enjoy a fun filled day at this traditional event where proceeds benefit the Des Plaines Police Youth Club, an organization developed to assist the community's young people.

The Golf Package, which includes a cart, lunch and buffet dinner, is available for $125. Buffet only is $35. Several special events are planned for the day including "Split the Pot," "Closest To The Pin," "Straightest and Longest Drive" and raffle and door prizes.
