Motorcyclist in serious condition after McHenry Co. crash

A Carpentersville man remained in serious condition Monday two days after running off the road on a motorcycle in McHenry County.

McHenry County sheriff's police reported that Christopher L. Kamp, 31, of 1260 Navajo Drive, Carpentersville, on Saturday was driving a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle south on Keystone Road north of Tryon Grove Road near Richmond when he left the road and went into a ditch.

Kamp was thrown from the bike, police said. He was taken by Flight for Life in critical condition to Advocate Condell Medical Center.
