Lake Zurich police target out-of-towners

The residents of Lake Zurich should be very proud of the decision of the Lake Zurich Police Department to hold a seat belt enforcement zone on the very north side of town (Route 12) where the target drivers were NOT village residents but from towns to the north.

Making revenue at the expense of nonresidents is a brilliant idea. I wish all police departments cared about their residents as much as Lake Zurich does.
