Z Trim sales increase

MUNDELEIN - Z Trim Holdings Inc., manufacturer of multifunctional dietary fiber ingredients for the food industry, has announced a sales increase of about 40 percent in the first quarter of 2010 over the same period last year. This increase represents the third consecutive quarter of sales growth and the best quarter of the last four in terms of sales revenue, the company said in a release. The increase was consistent across the various food category industries served by Z Trim, the company said.
