CareFest 2010 a boon to WDSRA

Recently, Western DuPage Special Recreation Association (WDSRA) was on the receiving end of some very special donations. The hardworking and dedicated volunteers from Wheaton Bible Church included us in this spring's CareFest 2010.

A group of more than 25 people gave our Carol Stream location a much needed makeover both inside and out. They spent their Saturday window washing, painting and mulching. Two of our program rooms also received fresh coats of paint.

We want to extend a very special thanks to those involved, including Mark Nelson from Wheaton Bible Church. We also would like to recognize David Haney for the kind donation of mulch.

We applaud all the wonderful people who participated in CareFest for all the good they do in the community. And we are truly grateful that we were one of the recipients.
