Nalco CFO to retire

NAPERVILLE - Nalco announced Monday that Bradley J. Bell, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is planning a year-end retirement.

Bell, 57, joined Nalco in 2003 in connection with the company's leveraged buyout from Suez S.A.

Nalco indicated it will undertake a search process in the period ahead that will consider internal and external candidates for succession.

Nalco, based in Naperville, is a water treatment and process improvement company, whose institutional mission aims to deliver significant environmental, social and economic performance benefits.
