Carpentersvillebull; Humberto Trujillo-Enriquez, 30, of the 100 block of Woodland Court, was charged with unlawful possession of fraudulent identification, after police said he used a bogus Social Security and permanent resident cards to secure a job at Acme Industrial in Carpentersville that he held from 2007 until 2009. Cmdr. Tim Bosshart said a 48-year-old Carpentersville man told police that he owed taxes on $30,000 from working at Acme, but that he never held a job there. Police arrested Trujillo-Enriquez at home Tuesday. During his bond hearing, Trujillo-Enriquez told Kane County Judge Bruce W. Lester that he is a citizen of Mexico and that he bought the cards for $400. Lester set his bond at $15,000 and Trujillo-Enriquez is due in court May 20. Runde's confirmed with sheriff's deputies that the worker's paperwork showed that number, and said that the man worked for them in the spring, summer and fall for several years, returning to Mexico each winter. The woman found out about the fraud when the Internal Revenue Service contacted her about incorrect income reports.
