Elginbull; Dwan D. Williams, 22, of the 1200 block of Amanda Circle, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver on Monday in the 1200 block of Amanda Circle, reports said. The felony charge, if convicted, carries up to five years in prison and he was caught with 65 grams of marijuana.bull; Valerio A. Huesca Robles, 45, of the 700 block of Villa Street, was charged with felony aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop at 12:28 a.m. Tuesday at Villa Street and Richert Courts, reports said. Robles did not have a valid driver's license, which lead to the felony charge that carries a prison term of up to three years. Robles also was cited for no insurance, improper lane use and DUI with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or greater. His next court date is May 20.bull; Someone broke two windows on an apartment in the 800 block of Seminole Drive at 11:37 p.m. Monday causing $200 damage, reports said.bull; John P. Pogvara, 61, of the 500 block of South Cuyler Avenue, Oak Park, was charged with trespassing at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Grand Victoria Casino, 250 S. Grove Ave., reports said. Pogvara won $4,224 playing craps and when he went to collect the money and sign tax forms, casino officials determined he was on the banned list. He is due in court on June 21.bull; A Chicago White Sox piggy bank with an estimated $200 in coins inside of it was stolen between 5 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday from a residence in the 0-99 block of Longwood Place, reports said.bull; Someone broke the right rear window on a 1995 Ford Explorer in the 400 block of Dwight Street between 7 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday, reports said.bull; A global positioning device, compact discs and a car stereo were stolen between 12:01 and 5:30 a.m. Monday from a 1992 Oldsmobile station wagon the 200 block of South Edison Street, reports said.Kane Countybull; A windshield and rear driver's side window on a 2000 GMC Yukon were reported smashed May 5 on the 43W900 block of Fox Hill Court, near St. Charles. Police said a landscaping brick was found in the back of the vehicle. Nothing was reported stolen. bull; Police responded to a fight at 9:12 a.m. May 5 at the Kane County Juvenile Justice Center, 37W655 Route 38, near St. Charles. A youth counselor told police a class was about to begin when two detainees began fighting, according to a police report. One boy was punched about five times, leaving him with a swollen lip and a cut. Police said charges were possible. bull; The rear window of a 2010 Jeep Patriot was reported smashed and three mailboxes damaged May 4 on the 37W900 block of Heritage Oaks Drive, near St. Charles. Kane County sheriff's deputies said South Elgin police took eight or nine similar reports about the same time. Police said it appeared someone was throwing sockets through vehicle windows, and smashing others with an umbrella handle.
