Judge orders Dwyane Wade's wife to court
A judge in Chicago says if basketball star Dwyane Wade's wife doesn't show up in court this afternoon, she will order law enforcement to pick her up and bring her to court.
At a hearing Monday, Cook County Circuit Judge Marya Nega said the contentious divorce involving the Miami Heat guard and Siohvaughn Wade is "beginning to spiral out of control." Wade was in court Monday morning and his lawyer James Pritikin planned to argue that Wade be given physical custody of the couple's two children.
The hearing was put off until the afternoon to give Siohvaughn Wade time to get to court.
Last week, Siohvaughn Wade filed a lawsuit claiming Dwyane Wade's relationship with actress Gabrielle Union is causing her and their children distress.
