Kids invited to Batavia Touch-A-Truck event

Kids are invited to explore vehicles of all shapes and sizes at the Batavia Park District's annual Touch-A-Truck event on Friday, May 14. All ages can climb in, on and through a variety of vehicles from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Eastside Community Center, 14 N. Van Buren St.

Vehicles include a Batavia Fire Department rescue boat, fire truck, police car, dump truck, trolley, crane, motorcycle and more. The event is free. Parent supervision is required, and cameras are recommended. Concessions will be available for sale at a family-friendly price.

In case of inclement weather, the event will take place on Friday, May 21.
