Which freedoms have been lost?

When in recent history has the Heritage Foundation ever not negatively twisted assessments of any Democratic plan? Far Right partisans hammer away at being bereft of their freedoms.

Their game plans, designed to fire up crowds, often crescendo to dramatic shouts of, "We want our freedoms back." Why do they neglect to enumerate exactly which freedoms they have lost?
