Family grateful for health reform plan
I am an American citizen who supports the new health care reform law. I have had several beloved relatives pass in the last five years. A few of them could have lived if they had better health care; the kind of health care that the new health care reform law allows. My beloved grandfather had a pre-existing condition that, if treated, would have allowed him to live longer. My dear Aunt JoAddie was misdiagnosed with bone cancer when she had breast cancer. She died as a result. Others were placed in substandard health facilities and given poor health care. Our entire family will forever bemoan these beloved relatives' passing. It broke our hearts and we will live with their premature deaths for the rest of our lives. We were all overjoyed when the health care reform bill passed into law. We now have hope for the future that our remaining wonderful relatives can be with us much longer and can live full lives. God Bless the president and all of those in the United States Congress who fought so hard and relentlessly to do what was right and get this historic legislation passed into law. Myself and all of my family will be forever grateful.
