Sweet season begins at Long Grove Chocolate Fest

The chocolate runneth over, at Long Grove's 11th annual Chocolate Fest, which opened Friday. The festival continues from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday in the Long Grove Historic Village near Routes 53 and 83.

The historic district is home to more than 70 shops and restaurants, including the world renowned Long Grove Confectionery, all of which dedicates the weekend to all things chocolate.

Live entertainment plays throughout the weekend.
