Scouting the Red Stars: With just 1 goal in three games, the Red Stars (0-2-1, 1 point) desperately need to score. A little luck would help. So might Megan Rapinoe, who will be available after battling mononucleosis. They'll be without midfielder/forward Kosovare Asllani, who broke a rib in last Saturday and will miss 3-4 weeks.
Scouting the Boston Breakers: The Breakers (1-0-2, 5 points) have Crystal Lake's Amy LePeilbet on their back line. Kelly Smith leads them with 2 goals, and ageless Kristine Lilly has 2 assists.
