Cat CEO Owens: Trade agreements will boost U.S. jobs

Caterpillar Inc. Chief Executive Officer James Owens said international trade agreements will boost U.S. exports and create jobs.

"I like my government focused on opening markets," Owens said today during an interview with reporters in Chicago. "Having a global economy that is integrated is a win-win."
