U.S. Cellular Field to host experience camp for kids

The Chicago Bulls/Chicago White Sox Training Academy in Lisle will help host a White Sox Experience Camp at U.S. Cellular Field on May 29.

The camp gives every kid an opportunity to fulfill their dream of playing on a Major League field.

Each young athlete will receive professional instruction from Sox Academy instructors on hitting, outfield, infield, pitching and base running on the field used by of the Chicago White Sox.

Participants will also see areas of the ballpark most fans never see. The event is open to boys and girls ages 7 to 14. The cost of the camp is $195.00 per player and will run from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
