Rolling Meadows building to be auctioned

The Crossroads of Commerce Building III, 3501 Algonquin Road, Rolling Meadows, which once housed the offices of one of the biggest bottlers of Pepsi beverages, will be sold at auction on June 15.

The Auction Services Group in Chicago will conduct the sale. The building was constructed in 1984, had 10 stories plus basement, and is 208,900 square feet on a 8.68 acre site with 741 parking spaces.

It is adjacent to the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center and provides immediate access to a full interchange for I-90 and I-290/Route 53.

Inspection dates and times to view the property are scheduled from 10 a.m.-noon May 4, 20, June 3 and 8.
