Prospect Hts. stickers already outdated

To the genius who designed and approved the 2010 Prospect Heights vehicle sticker: What were you thinking? Now that the census is officially over, all vehicles in the city will proclaim in large letters for most of a year, "Census 2010 - It's in Our Hands," along with a large green and purple hand. It is dated, ugly, inappropriate and stupid.
