Please don't park across sidewalks

Now that the weather is nice it makes it possible to take a walk around the neighborhood. But some people do not allow that because they break the law by parking across the sidewalk when they park in their driveway.

They endanger our kids because the kids have to go around the cars, often in the streets and into traffic, or the pedestrians have to walk in the streets just to get around the cars.

This problem is on Willow Lane and Birch Lane in Rolling Meadows. Maybe the Rolling Meadows police can come by these streets at dusk or night and solve this problem by issuing a warning or a ticket to these offenders.

Let's make our sidewalks safe for our kids and friends.
