Stroller Strides starts up

BUFFALO GROVE - Stroller Strides, a growing fitness program for new moms, has arrived in Buffalo Grove. Maureen Collier owns the new franchise in Buffalo Grove.

The business will celebrate its grand opening at 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 11, at Willow Stream Park on Old Checker Road.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms to do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller.

Ranked among Entrepreneur Magazine's Fastest Growing Franchises in 2010, Stroller Strides offers classes in more than 1,000 locations in the United States and Canada.
