Elginbull; Four jewelry boxes containing a variety of jewelry the owner said was worth $15,000 reportedly were stolen between 6 and 8:20 p.m. Friday from a residence in the 1000 block of Algonquin Road, police said. Police did not find signs of forced entry, reports said.bull; Ramon L. Rios, 33, of the 300 block of Kathleen Drive, Elgin, was arrested and charged with discharge of an air rifle at 11:26 p.m. Sunday after police responded to a damage to vehicle on his block, reports said.
