Cubs to offer free bicycle valet at Wrigley Field
Chicago Cubs fans who ride bikes to Wrigley Field now don't have to worry they'll still be parked where they left them at the end of the game.
The Cubs, a bicycle parts company and an organization called World Bicycle Relief have joined together to offer bike valet at Wrigley Field this season.
The service that will be set up on the corner of Clark Street and Sheffield Avenue will operate like the coat check room at a restaurant. Bicyclists who drop their bikes off will get a claim ticket. They must reclaim their bikes within an hour of the last out of the game.
The service is free but cyclists can donate to World Bicycle Chicago, a nonprofit group that provides bikes to needy populations around the world.
