Randall Road, police said. The victim and Barrier knew each other from attending the same high school.South Elginbull; Scott B. Chansiri, 24, of the 600 block of Fairview Lane, was arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school at 12:37 a.m. March 25 after police stopped him walking through a park in the 600 block of Hobart Drive, according to a police report. Police found eight bags of marijuana, totaling 238. 2 grams or more than half a pound, along with a digital scale, in Chansiri's backpack.bull; Someone broke the windshield on a 2007 Honda Pilot in the 400 block of Production Driver between 4:50 and 5:15 p.m. Tuesday and stole a compact disc player, according to police.bull; Dawn M. Blanchard, 32, of the 600 block of West End Road, Roselle, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, improper lane use and making an improper U-turn after a traffic stop at 12:48 a.m. March 25 in the 900 block of Spring Street, according to police reports.Kane Countybull; Two vehicles were reported burglarized Tuesday on the 5N200 block of Meadowview Lane, near St. Charles. Police said the stolen property included two GPS units, a Nintendo DS game system, 10 games, a pair of Coleman binoculars and coins. A car stereo also was reported damaged. bull; About $9,000 in tools and copper was reported stolen March 23 from a home under construction and an equipment trailer on the 01S900 block of Dauberman Road, near Kaneville, according to a police report. The items included 10 10-foot sections of copper pipe valued at $200 each, copper valves valued at $500, a radio, an air compressor and miscellaneous tools. Police said it appeared the thieves used a pry tool to gain access.
