Not Ready for Prime Time Players alumna Tina Fey, who has since proved amply ready for prime time on "30 Rock," returns to her old stomping grounds as host of NBC's "Saturday Night Live" at 10:30 p.m. Saturday, April 10, on WMAQ Channel 5. Teen dream Justin Bieber is the musical guest. Speaking of being ready for prime time, a new "SNL" compilation special drawing material from the 2000s debuts at 8 p.m. Thursday, April 15, on Channel 5.
