Driver's licenses should not be seized

The law of seizing the driver's license for petty traffic violations is pretty torturous. I could not believe how many people are suffering from this law.

But to penalize a citizen by seizing their driving license (which many use as a form of identification as well) does not make any sense. There could be other things as well that could be done besides seizing the license. It would be wonderful if this law is sought out soon.
