MB Financial finishes conversion

ROSEMONT - MB Financial Bank says it has completed the transition of Benchmark Bank operations to those at MB a little more than three months after acquiring all deposits and loans from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. The conversion, MB's fourth in just over a year, allows former Benchmark Bank customers to bank from nearly 90 MB banking centers. MB Financial Bank, based in Chicago, has operations in Rosemont.
