Time to get new tax man

Pertaining to Phillip Weinstein's letter on March 13, I too am a senior citizen that received the $250 stimulus check. The difference is that when I got my tax refund there was no money held out to repay the stimulus "loan" from my check.

I think he better get a new tax man. You can't blame Bush for an uninformed tax preparer. Me thinks his tax man made some extra money at his expense.
