Elginbull; A man in a wheelchair exposed himself to a woman on the 300 block of South McLean Boulevard at about 10 a.m. Sunday, reports said. No arrests were made.bull; Jose E. Machado-Aguilar, 27, of the 700 block of Jackson Avenue in Carpentersville, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and aggravated driving while license revoked after a traffic stop at 11:29 p.m. Sunday near Dundee Avenue and Seneca Street, authorities said. Machado-Aguilar, who authorities said had been arrested at least three times before for DUI, now faces four to 15 years in prison if convicted of the new felony charges. He had a passenger younger than 16 in his 2002 Dodge Ram when he was pulled over, court documents said. He is due back in court March 25.bull; An iPod Touch, valued at $210, was stolen between 12:10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Saturday from an unlocked locker at the Centre of Elgin, 100 Symphony Way, reports said.bull; The rear passenger side window was broken on a 2006 Ford Freestyle on the 700 block of Bluff City Boulevard between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Sunday, reports said.bull; Someone broke the driver's side window on a 2002 Saturn Vue in the 400 block of Airport Road between 5:40 p.m. and 7:05 p.m. Monday and stole a radar detector and three bottles of cologne, reports said.bull; Leonel Velasquez Jr., 19, of Elkhorn, Wis., was charged with speeding at 8:05 p.m. Saturday after a traffic stop on Route 20, east of McLean Boulevard, reports said. Officers clocked Velasquez going 111 mph in a 55-mph zone in his 2005 Hyundai Tiburon, reports said. No injuries were reported.Bataviabull; Judy F. Ladeur, 55, was given tickets at 3:31 p.m. Saturday in a parking lot in the 300 block of North Randall Road, police said. She is accused of possessing an altered handicapped-parking placard, illegal use of a handicapped-parking placard, and illegal use of a parking space reserved for people with disabilities. She posted $100 bond, and has an April 13 court date. Ladeur lives in the 900 block of Stonewood Glen Drive, Geneva.bull; Robert W. Parazaider was given tickets at 10:20 p.m. Saturday for possessing an altered handicapped-parking placard and illegal use of a parking space reserved for people with disabilities, in a lot in the 500 block of North Randall Road, according to a police report. Parazaider, 64, lives in the 800 block of James Street, Geneva. He posted $100 bond, and has an April 13 court date.bull; Donna J. Sowizrol, 54, was charged with retail theft at 4:39 p.m. Friday at Hobby Lobby, 421 N. Randall Road, according to a police report. She is accused of stealing $138 worth of stickers. Sowizrol lives in the 1000 block of Oakwood Drive.bull; Two people were charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor at midnight Saturday in the 900 block of West Wilson Street, according to a police report. Charged were Colin S. Tague, 19, of the 800 block of Norcross Drive; and Ernest D.
