Stop spending money that we don't have
Does anyone really believe there is enough money in the world to grant everyone access to every new high-tech medical treatment option that our researchers will develop to improve your physical being? If not, how would you ration universal health care?
Further insistence on including universal health care in any "reform" package will ultimately kill the entire deal. Are we really better off as a society if we strive to provide everyone free food, housing, clothing, retirement, health care and all other material needs?
Who would care to go to work?
Let's start working harder and stop inventing ways to spend money we don't have. Universal health care is far from "just right." True reform (tort, discriminatory insurance, provider competition, predatory manufacturer antitrust, etc.) would be a much more righteous cause.
