Thought-provoking films:The United Methodist Church of Geneva, 211 Hamilton St., is beginning twice-monthly screenings of films about social, environmental, cultural and justice issues. Books can be dropped off at the front entrances of all schools. The sale is in honor of Violence Prevention Week, and proceeds will go to Lazarus House shelter in St. Charles and Mutual Ground domestic violence shelter in Aurora. Anyone who donates at least five books will be entered in a raffle for gift cards.
