Elginbull; A man was robbed at gunpoint of $1,000 and his Blackberry phone about 10:35 p.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of Fleetwood Drive, reports said. The victim told police he answered a Craigslist.org ad to buy two iPhones for $1,000, reports said. When the victim met the seller along Fleetwood, two men with handguns approached and told the victim to empty his pockets, reports said. Then, all three men ran away, reports said. The victim was not injured in the incident.bull; A one-carat princess cut diamond ring, valued at $6,500, was reported stolen Tuesday from a residence in the 600 block of Eastview Street, reports said.Carpentersvillebull; Craig A. Cobb, 36, of the 500 block of Silver Aspen Street, was arrested Tuesday night in Carpentersville during an undercover drug buy in which police said he sold them nine grams of cocaine, Cmdr Timothy Bosshart said. Police said they also found seven bags filled with cocaine weighing 6.62 grams in his possession. Cobb was charged with two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $40,000 and he is due in court March 18 at the Kane County Judicial Center.
