Caterpillar wins cut in $54 million jury verdict over tractor

Caterpillar Inc., the world's largest bulldozer maker, persuaded a judge to cut a $56.3 million jury award to a worker paralyzed in an accident involving one of the company's earth-moving tractors by 57 percent.
