DePaul (8-18, 1-13) at Cincinnati (15-11, 6-8)When: 6 p.m. at Fifth Third ArenaTV: ThisTV; Radio: WSCR 670-AMSkinny: Riding a 20-game road losing streak, the Demons return to the scene of their last Big East road win. DePaul beat Cincy 60-54 on March 6, 2008. Mac Koshwal, then a freshman, grabbed a team-high 10 rebounds in that win. The Demons need more of that and Koshwal has been terrific the last two games with 50 points and 22 boards. Sophomore forward Eric Wallace (6.3 ppg, 4.9 rpg) is out for the year with a left shin injury. The Bearcats have all but played themselves off the NCAA Tournament bubble - and not in a good way. They've lost four of their last five games, though they still have regular-season opportunities against West Virginia, Villanova and Georgetown. Cincy doesn't shoot well from 3 (29.6 percent) or the free-throw line (62.5), so the Demons could pull off a win here.Central Michigan (13-13, 7-6) at Northern Illinois (8-18, 4-9)When: 7 p.m. at Convocation CenterRadio: WLBK 1360-AMSkinny: The Huskies' 10-game losing streak began with an 81-75 loss Jan. 23 at Central Michigan. The Chippewas trail Ball State by 1 game in the MAC West with three games to go, so they have plenty of incentive to bring their "A" game to DeKalb. Senior guards Robbie Harman (14.4 ppg, 88 3s) and Jordan Bitzer (14.3 ppg, 4.7 rpg) continue to play like all-stars for CMU. Both could exploit NIU's poor 3-point defense (35.9 percent). According to kenpom.com, Huskies junior Xavier Silas (19.7 ppg) ranks eighth nationally in drawing fouls. He earns 7.7 calls per 40 minutes. No wonder he has 169 free-throw attempts in 21 games.
