'Queen Bees' author Wiseman in Naperville

• Rosalind Wiseman, author of the best-selling "Queen Bees & Wannabes" and the new adult novel "Boys, Girls and Other Hazardous Materials," will be on hand for a special "Mother-Daughter Girl World Tour Workshop" at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 2, at Jefferson Junior High School, 1525 N. Loomis St., Naperville. Girls ages 8-14 and their mothers are invited to attend the event that is sponsored by Anderson's Bookshops. The program includes an interactive discussion about confidence, friendships, sweat-inducing moments and common mother-daughter challenges. A Q&A and book signing with Wiseman will follow.
