Fire inside Park City mobile home

Fire and police officials are trying to determine the cause of a fire that destroyed a Park City mobile home early Monday morning.

The fire, which was reported at 9:37 a.m., was in the front of the home on the 3300 block of Diana Street when fire officials arrived, said Gurnee Fire Department Battalion Chief Tim Tanner.

Firefighters entered the home and quickly brought the fire under control, Tanner said.

It is unclear if anyone was injured in the blaze, he said, adding the fire department is investigating with help from the Illinois State Fire Marshall's Office and the Park City Police Department.
