Electrical problem delays Daily Herald delivery

The winter storm Sunday night caused an electrical problem at the Daily Herald, officials said.

The storm caused a power and electrical malfunction at the Daily Herald's Schaumburg printing facility late Sunday and into early Monday, which delayed deliveries. According to officials, papers will still be delivered into the evening.

There also were intermittent phone issues related to incoming call volume.
