Man wanted for attempted murder in Cook Co. found in S. Dakota
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- A 19-year-old man suspected of attempted murder and burglary in Illinois has been apprehended in South Dakota.
The Minnehaha County sheriff's office says Marvin Antuan Williams was arrested without incident about 12:30 p.m. Friday in Sioux Falls. He's being held in the county jail.
The sheriff's office says Williams is wanted in Cook County for attempted murder, out of Blue Island, and in Will County, out of University Park, for burglary. Details of the alleged crimes were not released.
A jail spokeswoman says she didn't know whether Williams has an attorney.
He's due in court on Monday.
