Rockwell art in Geneva:At 2 p.m. today art historian Jeff Mishur will discuss the work of Norman Rockwell at the Geneva History Center, 113 S. Cookies and coffee are provided.Dist. 33 scholarship raffle:The Foundation for Educational Excellence for West Chicago Elementary School District 33 will hold a $10,000 college scholarship raffle. Tickets are $2 each and 1,000 tickets will be sold through April 5. A second-place prize of a $500 savings bond has been donated by DuPage National Bank. The drawing will take place April 8 at the beginning of the District 33 school board meeting. Tickets are available in the main office at all District 33 schools; at the district office, 312 E.
