Opus North names CEO

ROSEMONT - Opus Holdings named Tom Shaver president and chief executive officer of Opus North Corp., a full-service design-build development firm serving the north central portion of the United States. Shaver replaces Danny Queenan, who is leaving the company. Shaver, 47, joins Opus North from Opus Northwest, where he has been serving as vice president of development. Shaver joined Opus Northwest in 2005 and has been responsible for office and industrial development in the Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota markets.
