Hall, 18, of the 0-99 block of South Crystal Avenue, Elgin, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing at 1:40 a.m. Friday after she was found in the stairwell at the Buena Vista apartment complex after visiting hours, reports said.bull; Someone stole an mp3 player from an unlocked apartment in the 200 block of Locust Street between 4 and 5 p.m. Thursday, reports said.bull; Someone stole a purse from an unlocked vehicle that the owner was warming up in the 300 block of John Drive at about 3 a.m. Thursday, reports said.
