Cohen earned more votes than Burris

It is amazing how our representatives (ie. Durbin, Quinn, Davis) sway in the political winds.

Not too long ago, they vowed not to seat Roland Burris to the vacant U.S. Senate position and hold an election for the vacancy. Now they demand the resignation of Scott Lee Cohen from the lieutenant governor place on the Democratic ticket. I believe over 212,000 people voted for Mr. Cohen. Exactly how many votes did Mr. Burris tally?
