Put budget blame on Congress, not Bush

Let's see, Democrats controlled Congress for the last two years of the Bush Administration. Congress.

The President or the "failed Administration" did not pass the budgets. Our current President was a Congressional member who voted for each of those budgets.

Hmmm, the mess the current well-run administration inherited for the Big Bad Bush Boys was passed and approved by a Democratic Congress. Now, I realize that it was all President Bush's fault because "the Buck stops" with him. And he will be blamed forever and ever, Amen.
