No guts, no glory no health reform

Those of us that supported President Obama will not forgive him for failure to deliver on his promise of health care reform. He needs to demonstrate the fortitude and leadership that is required in this highly partisan era of politics. He should realize the Republicans are going to try to block everything he does. To avoid his "Waterloo" he should pass the Senate health care reform bill in its present form and use reconciliation to address any misgivings by House members. Show some guts, twist arms and explain the benefits of reform on TV to the public.

President Bush didn't hesitate to pass tax cuts for the wealthy using reconciliation. So, why has this president allow Congress to deter him from honoring his campaign pledge to reform health care?

No guts, no glory and no health care reform.
