Four reasons Wheeling rejected 911 tax

Reasons Wheeling residents may have voted down the 911 increase:

1. Brand new Village Hall.

2. Brand new Public Works building.

3. Brand new Police Station (coming).

4. Brand new Fire Station on the far edge of town.

There must be money someplace.
