Shars Tool Co. buys space

Darwin Realty announced the sale of 23,000 square feet located at 840 Equity Drive in Legacy Business Center of St. Charles to Shars Tool Company.

The 23,000 square foot speculative facility was developed and built by Paul Hemmer Companies. The building features 24-foot ceilings, two exterior docks, one grade level door and 2,378 square feet of finished office space.

Shars Tool will utilize the new facility for the distribution and warehousing of wholesale industrial equipment and tools.
