Where are the jobs we've 'saved'?

David Axelrod said the Recovery Act saved or created 2 million jobs. Robert Gibbs made a more modest claim of 1.5 million jobs. Valerie Jarrett was more vague guessing that thousands and thousands of jobs were saved or created.

Then why is unemployment more than 10 percent, with the Obama administration saving and creating so many jobs?
