Men seriously hurt in Glen Ellyn crash
Two men were seriously injured in a one-car accident just before 8 p.m. Friday on Swift Road north of St. Charles Road in Glen Ellyn.
Both men had to be cut from the car, which hit a pole on land owned by ComEd, said Bob Morton, assistant fire chief.
The men were taken to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove with multiple injuries, he said.
