Incident at Arlington Hts. library leads to arrest

An Arlington Heights man was charged with criminal trespass Thursday because he went to the Arlington Heights Memorial Library when he had been banned from the premises for 60 days, police said.

Reese William Kyska, 42, of the 600 block of North Arlington Heights Road, had been told on Dec. 4 that he was not allowed to come to the library for two months because on that date he was extremely intoxicated, police said.

When officers charged him at the request of library security, he was again intoxicated, police said. His court date is Feb. 24.
