Take advantage of low interest rates

So the Carol Stream Park District wants to build me a new pool, walking paths and rec center, and my taxes will stay the same? That sounds like a good deal to me. If they can do that without raising my taxes, I say go for it.

The low interest rates now are what is making this possible. They won't stay low forever. Of course they should take advantage of it. How often does an opportunity like this come along? I say vote a resounding "Yes" on the Carol Stream Park District referendum on Feb. 2.
