Candidate stayed to answer questions

We're recently retired seniors coping with ever rising taxes and a state government that doesn't seem to care in the least about the people who live in this state. We've had it.

We've made it our business in the last few years to really examine the records of candidates who are running for office. We pore over Web sites, we attend forums and we sit in on public board meetings to stay informed. What we've learned is that there are "show ponies" and people who work hard.

In the 41st Legislative district there is a great young man running for Representative named Chris Nybo. He's the guy who has the best understanding of what's going on locally and when we met him at a Lombard/Villa Park forum, he stayed to answer every question of every person there. That's the kind of person we believe we need in Springfield . Take it from an informed voter, Nybo is the best choice.
